It's challenge time again. I have found I like making cards for challenges, it gives me a direction to focus on. The Doilies Just Because Card was made with two challenges in mind. CAS-ual Fridays challenge is to use punches or dies, making this card I used three different punches and my Cricut machine. The second challenge comes from Moxie Fab World doilies & lace challenge. I love the colors in this card and the sentiment "Just Because" can be used for many occasions.
Doilies Just Because Card Directions:
Doilies Just Because Card Directions:
- Make card from tan cardstock. Finished Size: 4.5" x 6.25".

- Punch plum cardstock (American Crafts) and tan cardstock with Fiskars Upper Crest edge punch, layer, and adhere.
- Punch lucky limeade cardstock (Stampin' Up!) with Stampin' Up! lace ribbon border punch, and adhere.
- Punch plum cardstock with EK Success real estate sign punch, punch or cut 2" oval with Cricut machine, stamp sentiment with lucky limeade classic stampin' pad, and layer.
- Use X-acto knife and cut a small slit by patterned paper, place ribbon through slit and wrap around card, tie bow, and attach sentiment with dimensionals.
Andrea - I love all the wonderful colors in this card, and you're right about the sentiment. It's so versatile! Thank you so much for playing along with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
