Hello again! I noticed this morning there was only a day left to play along with the color challenge CCMC360 at Create with Connie & Mary, so I hurried into my craft room to make a card. The colors are Chocolate Chip, Smoky Slate and Island Indigo. I decided to challenge myself to make a floral card using the colors. The Lotus Blossom stamp set seemed like a good choice, plus it's sad to say this was the first time I've used it. The supplies used are pretty minimal! I used patterned paper from the Watercolor Wonder dsp and some Island Indigo twine. Besides the stamp set and coordinating inks and cardstock, that's it. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!
The lotus blossom and sentiment make this so graceful and pleasing! I like your designer paper choices, too - they make a soft and pretty background. Thank you for joining us at Create with Connie and Mary!
