All supplies for this card are by Stampin' Up!. First I started by inking the bricks using a stencil from the Pattern Party decorative masks along with Soft Sky ink (a retiring color). Then I stamped and die cut all the flowers and punched the bitty butterfly. Cardstock and ink colors include: Soft Sky, Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Berry Burst, Fresh Fig, Sweet Sugarplum, Pink Pirouette, Crisp Cantaloupe, So Saffron and Crushed Curry. The hardest part was deciding how to arrange the flowers. Once the sympathy sentiment from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set was in place the flowers were adhered flat in place. Three small rhinestones were added to the butterfly and that's it. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

ReplyDeleteThe stenciled background is a very nice & subtle way to highlight these pretty flowers. It makes a very lovely sympathy card, but would be so versatile for other occasions as well. TFS & Hugs
