Circles Happy Birthday Card

Hello! This afternoon I've been playing with the scraps on my craft table and I ended up having fun with circles. This Circles Happy Birthday Card is a casual design with a contemporary feel. I used punches and my Cricut machine to make the various sizes of circles. The Pacific Point polka dot strip was a discarded idea from earlier this week. I masked and sponged the Pacific Point and then heat embossed the polka dots using the Distressed Dots stamp by Stampin' Up! (the Distressed Dots stamp is on the retiring list, so get it while you can).
