Petal Potpourri Easter Card

Good evening! You may already know that color challenges are a favorite of mine. When I saw the color challenge at The Paper Players this week, I decided to make another floral Easter card. Using the Petal Potpourri stamp set and coordinating punch made creating the focal flower pretty easy. The leaves are from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set and I used the Teeny Tiny Wishes for the Easter sentiment. The Whisper White cardstock was embossed using the Spring Flowers embossing folder. When choosing the patterned papers, polka dots seemed the natural choice and I added three banners of Crumb Cake paper from the Fresh Prints paper stack. The final touch was adding the butterfly and pearl accents. If you're thinking you've seen this layout before, well you have. Click here to see my original card from last July. I love seeing the same layout with different colors. Thanks for stopping by!

  3. You do such a nice process of explaining your cards and by adding all the special details to each one. Example -- adding the 3 little banners, the butterfly with pearl accents and the flower with pearl accent just make the card stand out!
