Since the end of May I've been studying to take the Oklahoma Real Estate License exam. Last night I took the test and I'm super happy to say that I PASSED!!! Needless to say, I'm really excited. This is something I've wanted to do for a very long time and I finally went after it.
"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." ~Lao TzuThis Welcome Home Card will eventually be given to one of my future clients when they purchase a home. To create this card I used a sketch from the Creative Creations Challenge. The layout was perfect for the house stamp by Bella BLVD. All patterned paper (Thankful collection) and stamps for this card are by Bella BLVD and I've used Copic Markers to color the house. The sentiment was heat embossed and the three punched leaves were the final touch. This is one card that will be truly exciting to give away! Thanks for stopping by.
