Darkness Card - TMS #634

Well... it's time to say goodbye to November and it was a really rough month for me. Taking care of my hubby after his ankle reconstruction was a lot of hard work and sleepless nights. We go back to the doctor today and hopefully he will be able to put weight on his foot and walk again. I'm certainly ready to get back to a normal routine. 

I'm pretty sure I made this Darkness Card for myself using this weeks sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches. The sketch is designed by Melissa Craig and I used it for a mini slimline card which is 3.5" x 6". The sentiment is from Unity Stamps and it's called A Certain Darkness. Some stars were stamped and heat embossed with Wow! Glow-in-the-Dark embossing powder along with punched stars for the sketch detail. Holiday Dearies Card

Hello! I hope you're having a great day. Today I'm sharing this Holiday Dearies Card I made using a stamp set from Unity Stamps. The deer were colored with Copic markers in varying brown tones. For this card I didn't want to use the traditional red and green, so I picked a blue patterned paper from the Snow Much Fun paper pad by Carta Bella (2019). Oh my... the end of the year is going by way too fast!!! My hubby had ankle reconstruction surgery last Monday and taking care of him is a full-time job. Thankfully I still have time to make cards!

Christmas Frog Card

Hello crafty friends! If you're thinking that you've seen a card made with this image lately, then you are right I posted it (HERE) a couple of days ago. Since I had the Cuddlebug Frog stamp out I just had to make another Christmas Frog Card. The design for this card was cased from a card by Karen Maldonado. I love how she used a holly stamp at the top of the focal panel and her card is probably the reason I bought the stamp set. My holly stamp isn't as pretty but it's what I had, it's from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set by Stampin' Up!. The images were stamped with Memento black ink and colored with Copic markers. A die set by Newton's Nook called Frames & Flags was used to create the layers and that's it. Thanks for stopping by!🎄

Cuddlebug Frog Card - TMS #630

Good day! When it comes to making Christmas cards I tend to procraftinate, but I'm trying to do better. So, using this weeks sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches I made this Cuddlebug Frog Card. The image is from Unity Stamps and was colored with Copic markers. When it came to patterned paper selection I promise you I went through every Christmas 6 x 6 paper pad I have and finally decided to cut into the 12 x 12 Painted Christmas dsp by Stampin' Up!.
