Spooky Tree Halloween Card

Halloween is a little over a month away! That means I better start making my Halloween Cards. I couldn't think of a better time to start than right now. I found a couple of challenges where I could play along. "ABC' Challenges is having a Tic Tac Toe challenge and I'm using the top row across for my selections. The challenge this week at Use it Tuesday is to use two hoarded supplies. This Spooky Tree Halloween Card was made using patterned papers from the Wicked Fun dsp by Stampin' Up! from a couple of years ago. I've been hoarding this paper because I really love the colors. The second hoarded supply is my black/white twine, I don't know why I hoard it when I can always buy more, but I do.

The main image in this Spooky Tree Halloween Card is from the Best of Halloween stamp set (134381) by Stampin' Up!. I added some black Stickles to the stripes of the patterned paper to add extra texture and sparkle to the card. After I first applied it, I was a little worried that I made the wrong choice. After it dried I was happy with the way it turned out. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!
