Handmade Guy Christmas Gifts

Comic Collage Canvas, 16 x 20

It's time to count down the last few hours left in 2015! This month went by very quickly and although I didn't make many cards this month I wanted to share the Handmade Guy Christmas Gifts I made for my brother. This year my brother requested a handmade gift and he didn't give me any specifics. He likes Batman, Superman and Wolverine, so I made him a Comic Collage Canvas using vintage comics and Mod Podge Matte. The second gift is a pair of king size Batman pillow cases using some fun fabric. I always enjoy making gifts and I hope my brother enjoys what I made him.

Bright Green Thank You Card

It's time to send Thank You Cards for all the Christmas gifts received. For this Bright Green Thank You Card I heat embossed the sentiment (Another Thank You by Stampin' Up!) onto watercolor paper and then used Gelatos to add color. The letter "k" came out a little wonky but it works. To add some shimmer the entire card was sprayed with Vanilla Shimmer Mist and three green sequins were adhered. That's it!

There is nothing fancy about this card but it's fun and it was easy to make. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Deer Peace & Joy Card

Merry Christmas! I hope you have a lovely day celebrating with your family. Last night while watching Christmas shows I made this Deer Peace & Joy Card. The stamped image is one of my favorites from Stampendous! and it was colored using Copic markers.  All patterned papers are from the Home for Christmas dsp by Stampin' Up! The Peace & Joy sentiment is from the retired Good Greetings stamp set and I used an oval and scalloped oval punch for layering. For a little sparkle I added some Stickles to the image and three silver sequins. That's pretty much it! I appreciate you stopping by and hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Ho! Ho! Ho! Card

Hello! There are only a few days left until Christmas and I'm not done shopping for gifts. My biggest problem has been the fact that I don't like shopping and that leads to procrastination. At this point the crowds and traffic are more than I want to contend with, so I'm not sure what I will do.

This afternoon (instead of shopping) I made this Ho! Ho! Ho! Card using a cute digital image by Deedee's Digis called Santa Daniel. In case you haven't heard, Deedee's Digis is permanently closing on December 31, 2015 and right now all items are 75% off.

The layout for this card is from this weeks Sketch Saturday Challenge. All patterned papers are from the 25th and Pine paper pad by Basic Grey. Since the digital image came pre-colored there are minimal supplies used on this card. I used a stitched rectangle die by Lil'Inkers, three snowflake sequins, Modern Label punch and Word Window punch by Stampin' Up! and the sentiment is from the retired Good Greeting stamp set by Stampin' Up!. That's it! Well, I better go shopping!

Jolly Cats Christmas Card

Good day crafty friends! I would like to share the Christmas card I made for the veterinarians who take care of our kitties. We have three feline friends which made this new image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps the perfect choice. The image was colored with Copic markers and some puffy paint was added to the kitty's hat for detail. Using a stitched rectangle die cut the image was cut to size and matted with Rich Razzleberry cardstock by Stampin' Up!. The patterned paper is from the Altitude Collection by Bo Bunny which made for a nice non-traditional colored Christmas card. Additional cardstock colors include Lost Lagoon and Bermuda Bay. The sentiment by Kaisercraft was stamped using Memento black ink. All layout details are from this weeks sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches. I added a die cut snowflake off the corner of the top square and would have loved to add a couple more but ran out of white glittery paper (don't ya hate that?). Well that about sums it up. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Let it Snow! Card

I say... Let it Snow! Although we don't get a lot of snow here in Oklahoma, it's always a great excuse to stay in my craft room. Hello and happy Tuesday! I'm glad you stopped by my blog. Today is the start of a new challenge at Tuesday Throwdown and our theme this week is Snowflakes. Our lovely sponsor is Sami Stamps and I've used the Frosty Flakes image on my card. We would love for you to join us this week! You have until next Monday at 3 pm to link your creations. Click here to check out all the details and design team inspiration.

Blue and white seemed like a good choice for a snowflake theme. The papers I used are by Doodlebug Designs and The Paper Studio. For the layout I used a sketch from the Cheerful Sketches Challenge Blog. There are several layers to play with patterned paper (which I love to do). After a little bit of coloring with my Copic markers I added some Puffy paint and glitter to give the image some dimension. The sentiment was created on the computer and die cut into the banner shape. Three sequin snowflakes and some twine added the finishing touches.

Sweet Baby Girl Card

This week I was sorting through some patterned papers and found this adorable elephant and star patterned papers by Studio Calico from the Story Time Collection. I really like the muted colors and subtle text in the elephant bodies. So, I made this Sweet Baby Girl Card. The cardstock colors used are Very Vanilla and Sahara Sand by Stampin' Up! After stamping Emery the elephant by Verve Stamps (it's one of my favorite stamps) onto polka dot paper I fussy-cut the image and adhered it to the stitched die cut circle. The circle was then layered onto a die cut scalloped circle then adhered to the card with dimensionals. Using the retired Itty Bitty Banners stamp set by Stampin' Up! I stamped Sweet Baby with Tip Top Taupe ink and then die cut the sentiment with the coordinating Bitty Banner framelit dies. To add some detail three sequin stars were added along with twine. That's it!

Handmade Baby Burp Cloths

Lately my paper crafting has taken a backseat to sewing handmade baby burp cloths. After I made some for my brother and sister-in-law for their first baby, I couldn't stop making them. There are so many adorable flannel fabrics that I wanted to make more. So, I've updated my Etsy shop and added my inventory. I invite you to check out my shop and offer any feedback.

Baby's First Christmas Card

In a couple of weeks my brother and his wife will have their first baby. They are expecting a baby boy and he will be here right before Christmas. I've made a couple of Baby's First Christmas Cards using different colors. I really want to make one with blue colors but I haven't found the right papers.

The image used is by Bugaboo Digi Stamps and it's called Christmas Rocking Horse. I used a mix of Copic markers and paint pens to color the image. The patterned papers on the traditional colored card are from Doodlebug Designs and Recollections. The pink card features patterned papers from Basic Grey's Eskimo Kisses paper pad. Each card has twine for detail and a sentiment I created on the computer.

Thinking of You Card

When it comes to sentiments, Thinking of You is a great all occasion greeting. It can be followed by... and wishing you a happy birthday,  on your anniversary, during this difficult time, etc. You can send a Thinking of You Card for no occasion at all. For this reason I believe using Thinking of You on handmade cards is very versatile.

This card was made using my favorite colors and stamp sets. All supplies are by Stampin' Up! and are currently available. Stamp sets include: Butterfly Basics, Sassy Salutations and Watercolor Wings. The colors used include: Blissful Blackberry, Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry, Mossy Meadow and Very Vanilla. To add some sparkle detail to the butterfly I used glitter embossing powder that was heat embossed. That's it!

Be Thankful Card

Happy Sunday! I hope you're having a lovely day. This past week was spent finishing up my Thanksgiving cards. Now that they've been mailed I can play along with a couple of weekly challenges. This Be Thankful Card was made for the following challenges:
The color challenge includes: rusty orange, warm burgundy and pear-like green. For the green I used Pear Pizzazz and the warm burgundy is a piece or Core'dinations sandable cardstock. I cut a negative space into the burgundy cardstock, embossed it with the square lattice embossing folder by Stampin' Up! and then added a pear border inside. The image is from the Hello Fall Simon Says Stamp exclusive stamp set by Newton's Nook. I colored the images with Copic markers. A little twine was wrapped around the card for detail. The leaf bag was paper pieced using a recycled kraft shopping bag and adhered with dimensionals. That about sums it up!

Thankful Autumn Birdies Card

Hello! This week I've been working on my Thanksgiving cards. I usually create a couple of different designs and make multiples of each to mail to family and friends. This Thankful Autumn Birdies Card is one of the designs. I love the cheerful image by Doodle Pantry!!! The image comes with a pre-colored version which makes creating multiples really easy. Each card will be a little unique because I will change the patterned papers used. The plaid paper on this card is from the Pumpkin Spice paper stack by Simple Stories and the green background paper is from my scrap bin and retired by Stampin' Up!. The cardstock colors include: Old Olive, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso. A couple of olive glitter brads were used to anchor the focal image on either side. The Thankful sentiment is from the Acorny Thank You by Stampin' Up! and was stamped using Delightful Dijon ink. That's it!

Vintage Leaves Thankful Card

Good day! It's been raining all day here in Oklahoma so I seized the opportunity to play in my craft room. It's a little sad to admit but I've had these Vintage Leaves stamped and cut out on my desk for at least three weeks. I've been busy sewing and never got around to finishing the intended card. Better late than never I guess! This Vintage Leaves Thankful Card was made with all Stampin' Up! supplies. The patterned papers are retired but all the stamps and twine are currently available.

The stamp sets used include:
  • Vintage Leaves (138802)
  • Acorny Thank You (139718)
For the card base a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock was used and the edges were distressed with Crumb Cake ink. A layer of Soft Suede was matted to the patterned paper that was also distressed with Crumb Cake. The stamped pieces were attached and the twine wrapped around the matted panel before the entire piece was attached to the card base. That's it!

Color Throwdown #368 Guest Star Stamper

A happy hello to you! I'm glad you've stopped by my blog today where I'm sharing a card as a Guest Star Stamper for Color Throwdown Challenge #368. You may already know that color challenges are one of my favorite types of challenges. They push me to be more adventurous with color. Besides color challenges I also enjoy sketch challenges, so I used the Sweet Sunday sketch to create this card.

At first glance of the challenge colors one might think Christmas, but I decided to go with a Thank You card. I was inspired by the circles on the tablecloth and searched through my patterned paper for the Basic Gray background paper from the retired Twitterpated dsp by Stampin' Up!. For the stamping on the focal circle I used the Thankful Accents stamp set by Verve Stamps along with Old Olive and Basic Gray stampin' pads. The white panel was embossed with the decorative dots embossing folder and matted to Old Olive cardstock. The red and pink patterned papers were both in my scrap bin and for detail I added some charcoal twine from The Twinery. That's it! The finished size of this card is 5.25" square.

Chipmunk Thank You Card

Happy Tuesday! As we approach Thanksgiving here in the United States it makes for a good time to remember those things we are thankful for in our lives. With that in mind, the challenge this week at Tuesday Throwdown is a Thank You theme.  We are sponsored by Deedee's Digis and I had a lot of fun using the chipmunk image from the Fall Warm-up image set. Isn't he darling?

I used the pre-colored image and die cut the rectangle using a Lil' Inkers stitched rectangle die. The colors in the image went really well with the new Fall Blessings patterned paper by Carta Bella. For the layout I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday. The Thank You sentiment is from the retired Itty Bitty Banners stamp set by Stampin' Up! For the final touch I added three ivory sequins along with brown rhinestones placed in the center. That's it!

We would love for you to share your Thank You creation with us this week at Tuesday Throwdown. For more inspiration from the design team and all the challenge details click here. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Super Baby Blanket and Burp Cloths

Super Baby Blanket
Hello crafty friends! The last couple of weeks I've stayed busy working on a special project of sewing baby gifts for my brother and his wife who are expecting their first baby in December. We know it's going to be a boy and they are decorating the nursery with a Super Hero theme. It was early summer when I found this adorable flannel baby Superman fabric and I bought all the store had left. I've used the fabric to make a 36 x 36 baby blanket and several burp cloths. Everything really did turn out super cute and my nephew will be able to enjoy his blanket for many years.

I ended up getting really carried away making baby burp cloths because there is so many cute fabric prints it was hard to choose. So, I've now signed up to participate in a local craft expo on Saturday November 14th. Therefore, over the next couple of weeks you won't see too many cards from me because I'll be busy sewing. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Candy Corn Ghost Card

Hello and happy Tuesday! Just in time for Halloween our theme this week at Tuesday Throwdown is Too Cute to Spook. Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is  2 Cute Ink and they provided the design team with a choice of three super cute images to create our weekly inspiration. I had a lot of fun using the Candy Corn Ghost image to create my card. Not a lot of coloring had to be done on this image, a little yellow and orange and it was done. I did go around the outline of the ghost with a light purple Prismacolor pencil to add a little more color. The patterned papers are a mix of various brands, polka dots are by American Crafts, Candy Corn by The Paper Studio and words are by DCWV. The final touch was adding four light purple pastel dots by Jolee's.

We would love for you to join us this week with our Too Cute to Spook challenge! You have until mid-day next Monday to play along. Click here for all the details. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Halloween Pumpkin Kitty Card

Happy Friday! This week went by really fast and now it's time to get all my handmade Halloween cards in the mail. However, I couldn't resist making another card using this adorable image by AuroraWings. Several weeks ago NanaConnie, a teammate at Tuesday Throwdown, made this Pumpkin Kitty Card and I immediately fell in love with the image. I've colored the image with Copic markers and then used a stitched rectangle die by Lil' Inkers. For the patterned papers I dug into my forgotten stash and found these fun bright papers by Adorn It. The papers were matted with black and adhered to an orange gingham card base by Current. The Happy Halloween sentiment is from the retired Good Greetings stamp set by stampin' Up! To add a little detail, I added three pastel dot stickers by Jolee's. That's it! I'm glad you stopped by my blog and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Fall Kitty Birthday Card

Hello! It is finally starting to feel like fall here in Oklahoma and that makes me very happy. There is still plenty of green in the landscape, but some trees are starting to get their fall color and the grass has stopped growing (that makes the hubby super happy). So, today I felt inspired to make a Fall/Autumn colored card. My cousin has a birthday in a couple of weeks and she loves cats, which gave me a good reason to use a new Newton's Nook stamp set. The stamp set is called Hello Fall and it was an exclusive set to Simon Says Stamp (currently out of stock). The image was stamped with black Memento ink and colored with Copic markers. I've kept the layout casual to play along at The Paper Players Clean and Simple Leaves challenge. I used a stitched rectangle die cut by Lil' Inkers along with Scalloped Edge die cut by Avery Elle. The sentiment is from the Wetlands stamp set by Stampin' Up! and the patterned paper is from the Into The Woods dsp by Stampin' Up! That's pretty much it! This card is also linked to the following challenges: Stamping Sensations (Colours of Autumn) and Crafty Cardmakers (Autumn Colours).

Cute Bat Trick or Treat Card

This weekend I searched Etsy for Halloween digital stamps and found some wonderful new to me artists. There were several I would love to add to my collection but I picked this Cute Bat image by MarinaNeira (click here to view). I think he is darling dressed up like a little devil and holding a Trick or Treat bag. He's definitely too cute to spook!

To create this Cute Bat Trick or Treat Card the image was colored with Copic markers and I chose warm gray to color the bat. I used a Lil' Inkers stitched rectangle to cut out the image and for the layout I used the sketch at Sketch Saturday. The patterned papers are by DCVW from the Eek-a-Boo stack. The sentiment and little frog are both retired stamps by Stampin' Up! That's it!

Sweet Baby Card

Hello and thanks for visiting my blog where I love to share my handmade cards. Today I made this Sweet Baby Card for a cousin and his wife who are expecting their first baby. They are having a girl so I'm sure at this point they are on Pink overload! So, I decided to use Purple and Green to mix things up a bit. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and I hope they love it too.

The image is called Giraffe Heart 2 by Bugaboo Digi Stamps and it was colored with Copic markers. After coloring the image I used a Lil' Inkers stitched rectangle die to cut it out. For the layout I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday. Selecting the right papers gave me a little challenge, but if you do enough digging eventually you find something that works. The purple gingham card base is from Current and it's larger measuring 5" x 7". Then a layer of Watercolor Dots by Recollections was added after it was matted to white cardstock. I found the green patterned paper from the Spring paper stack by American Crafts and the purple was found in my scrap bin. A little purple twine from The Twinery was added along with three silver puffy heart stickers from Freckled Fawn. The last detail was adding the Sweet Baby sentiment from the retired Itty Bitty Banners stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Scribbles Faith in You Card

There are only hours left to create a card using purple for The Hop to Stop! The hop was organized by Becca Cruger to help spread the word about Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Click here to visit her blog and for more details.

I really wanted to make one more card to support the hop and decided to use my Scribbles stamp set by The Stamps of Life. To make the images shine I heat embossed them with two different colors of purple. The lighter was embossed using Zing! Purple Metallic Finish and the darker is Stampendous! PEARLustre in Amethyst. The image panel was adhered to black cardstock and then to a larger piece of Elegant Eggplant cardstock by Stampin' Up!. A little black twine was added along with the sentiment that came with the stamp set. There weren't too many supplies used to create this Scribbles Faith in You Card. That's it!

Chevron Watercolor Card

Happy Tuesday! It's time for another challenge at Tuesday Throwdown and this week the challenge is to Watercolor. Our sponsor is Freckled Fawn and they generously provided the darling silver puffy heart sticker used on my Chevron Watercolor Card.

To create the watercolored panel I used a chevron stencil by Clear Scraps along with my Aqua Painters. Using watercolor paper, I first die cut the stitched panel with Lil' Inkers Stitched Rectangles. Then I added ink colors by Stampin' Up! which include: Blushing Bride, Rose Red and Cherry Cobbler. You can't really see it in the photo but I added clear Wink of Stella to the larger rows of chevron to give it a little sparkle. The sentiment is from TPC Studios and was heat embossed with Blushing Bride emboss powder. To add a little more interest a strip of Rose Red cardstock was embossed using the Decorative Dots embossing folder and the watercolor panel was adhered using stampin' dimensionals. That's it!

We would love for you to join us this week! You have until mid-day on Monday 10/19/2015 to play along. Click here to check out the wonderful inspiration from the design team. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Haunt Ya Later Witch Card

Good day! Halloween is quickly approaching and I still need a few cards, so I made this Haunt Ya Later Witch Card. I've used one of my favorite layouts and patterned papers from The Spooky Time Stack by DCWV. The stamped image from the Haunt Ya Later stamp set by Stampin' Up! was colored with a mix of Copic markers and a blender pen with ink pads. For a little sparkle some clear Wink of Stella was added to the bat, witch's dress and hat band. To finish it off I added three silver sequins for detail. That's it!

Moon Lake Watercolor Card

"The question is not what you look at, but what you see." ~Thoreau

Hello! I hope you're having a lovely day. Mine has been nice and quiet, just the way I like it. The hubby and I did a few errands this afternoon and when we came home he wanted to watch something on the television, so I played in my craft room.

This Moon Lake Watercolor Card was inspired by the color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary to use: Tip Top Taupe, Lost Lagoon and Perfect Plum. It seemed like a good day to do a little watercoloring and I really wanted to make a purple sky, I don't know why. The watercolored panel was adhered to Perfect Plum cardstock. I decided to use striped patterned paper from the Cherry on Top paper stack to play along at A Gem of A Challenge (Spots and/or Stripes). To add some texture and interest I used Tip Top Taupe lace along with some Lost Lagoon thick twine. That's it!

Halloween Flying Cat Card

Cats can fly on broomsticks, right? Well... maybe not, but the image sure makes a fun Halloween card for a cat lover. I had my hubby in mind when I made this card, so I tried not to add any girly embellishments. The layout is from this weeks sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches. I don't have a lot of decorative die cuts or framelits for the focal image, so I went with something more basic. The Flying Witches Cat image is from Sami Stamps and was colored using Copic markers. Both patterned papers are by DCWV from the Eek-a-Boo stack and I added some Frayed Burlap distress ink to the edges of the orange paper. The Trick or Treat sentiment by Stampin' Up! was stamped using Memento black ink. For the details three bats were die cut using a die by Sugar Pea Designs, the purple button came in a variety pack and the twine is from The Twinery. That's it!

A Witchy Haunt Ya Later Card

Are you counting down the days until Halloween? Just in cause you haven't done the math there are only 24 more days until the streets are filled with trick-or-treaters eagerly accepting candy from providing strangers. I always buy too much candy but it's hard to determine how much my hubby will consume before the big night. I've tried hiding the candy from him, but he finds it. I've also tried buying candy he doesn't usually eat, but he eats it anyway. This year I'm putting off buying candy until right before so it doesn't go missing like the years before.

This Witchy Haunt Ya Later Card was made using the sketch from The Challenge at Always Playing with Paper. Although I ended up centering the middle patterned paper instead of it being more to the left, for no reason other than my drawing of the sketch wasn't as detailed. The witch and sentiment are from the Haunt Ya Later stamp set by Stampin' Up! and the patterned papers are from the Happy Haunting dsp by Stampin' Up!. The stitched circle was made using a die by My Favorite Things and the sequins are from Close to My Heart. I colored the image with a mix of Copic markers and a Stampin' Blender marker and ink pads. I did add a little clear Wink of Stella to the Witch's dress and the band of her hat. That's it!

You've Got This Card

Hello! This evening I made another card using purple for The Hop to Stop. I really admire Becca Cruger for organizing the hop to help spread awareness about Domestic Violence. Make sure to check out her blog for all the details (click here).

To create this You've Got This Card I've used the You've Got This stamp set by Stampin' Up! and colored the flower with Copic markers. After the flower was colored it was fussy-cut and adhered directly to the background. The background was stamped using Smokey Slate ink and the sentiment was added using Memento Black ink. I was inspired to add a little yellow butterfly because these delicate creatures have been flying all around my backyard flowers for the last week. To add a little sparkle I added three rhinestones to the butterfly and that's it.

Card for The Hop to Stop

Check it out!

You may have seen lots of cards featuring the color purple over the last couple of days and if you want to read more about it click here to visit Becca's blog, The Damsel of Distressed. She organized a hop to bring attention to National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Although I don't have first hand experience with domestic violence, I have a friend who lived through and eventually left a horrible situation. Hearing her experience and seeing the scares on her body really opened my eyes to the violence that lives behind closed doors. I hope you will join along and support Becca at The Hop To Stop!!!

Here is my card:

This card was made using the Tall Flower Bear image by Bugaboo Digi Stamps which was colored with Copic markers. I added a little clear Wink of Stella to the flower and then used a stitched rectangle die by Lil' Inkers. The image panel was matted to Rich Razzleberry cardstock and then adhered with dimensionals to the decorated card. The patterned paper is from the retired Painted Blooms dsp from Stampin' Up!. Using an encouragement sentiment by Verve Stamps, one day at a time, was stamped using Memento black ink directly onto the paper. A little Crushed Curry twine and that's it!

Fall Text Bird Card

Well, it's goodbye to September 2015!!! If I had to pick a favorite month, it would probably be October. The crisp fall air, pumpkin bread and of course... Halloween, what's not to love? However, there are a few hours left in September and I wanted to share this Fall Text Bird Card. I dug deep into my Stampin' Up! patterned paper stash and used one of my all time favorites, Comfort Cafe. This was one of the first papers I purchased as a customer of Stampin' up! and I had a lot of fun using it on this card.

This card is entered into the following challenges:

Nuts About You Card

Happy Tuesday! It's my pleasure to provide inspiration for you today for the Tuesday Throwdown Challenge. This week our theme is Clean and Simple and we are sponsored by SugarPea Designs. They are a small family operated stamp boutique specializing in some of the sweetest designs. I quickly feel in love with their Nuts About You  stamp set and couldn't wait to use it on a card.

The cute squirrel was colored with Copic markers and then die cut using a stitched circle by My Favorite Things. Cat Couple Anniversary Card

This weekend my hubby and I are celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. It's amazing how the years have flown by. I decided to make this Cat Couple Anniversary Card for him because our cats are the center of our lives. Before my hubby met me he never dreamed he would have a house cat, but he inherited one when we got married. Eventually we added another, and then another and ever since we've had three cats. We've been through some tough times when we lost our first and then our second kitty companions. At one point he said "NO more", it's too painful when they pass on, but I convinced him there are too many who need love to guard ourselves from the hurt. He was hesitant but now agrees with me. Here is our current kitty crew:

Waiting for dinner
To the back is our oldest, Sassy (she has pretty green eyes), in the middle is Mr. Dickens (the sweetest cat ever) and then we have Tazzy (our lovable and crazy cat). Since we were never able to have children, our kitties fill a big hole in our hearts and they provided wonderful entertainment.

Happy Squirrel Fall Card

Doesn't he look happy? This is how I imagine my face looks when I'm buying new craft supplies! When I saw this new Autumn Squirrel digital stamp from Bugaboo it immediately put a smile on my face and went into my shopping cart. I think it's super cute! I colored the image with Copic markers using colors from the color challenge at Tuesday Throwdown. The layout is from this weeks Stella Says Sketch challenge at Catch The Bug. All patterned papers are from the Sweater Weather paper pad by DCWV and the cardstock colors are Bermuda Bay and Summer Starfruit by Stampin' Up! Following the sketch for details, I used Bermuda Bay twine and three Cajun Craze candy dots. The sentiment stamp is from Sugar Pea Designs and was stamped with Memento Black ink. The finished size of this Happy Squirrel Fall Card is 5.25" square. That's it! I'm glad you stopped by and enjoy the rest of your day!
